The Bangui Bay Wind Farm located in the Philippines was built as an EPC contract by Vestas in 2005 and was extended by a second phase in 2008. The project consists of a total of 20 Vestas V82 1,65 MW machines.
K2 Management was hired by Vestas to act as the Project Management Consultant.
The main tasks carried out by K2 Management on this project were:

- Tendering & Contracting of Balance of Plant
- Logistics planning
- Project/Contract management
- Installation management
- Sub-contractor management
- HSEQ Management
With the support of K2 Management, Vestas succeeded in delivering this important phase 2 of the wind farm on time and within budget.
